Hourly positions available (30 + hours) to work with children ages 5 -15 with behavioral or emotional challenges. Counselors will implement therapeutic & behavioral plans. Available shifts: Mon – Fri 8 am – 4 pm during typical school hours. Prefer BS in related field + exp with or knowledge of population. Must be dependable, able to handle stressful situations. Position available on the Southside of Richmond.

Endorsed Guidance Counselor, School Psychologist, or MSW to support high school students in Alternative Education setting. As part of interdisciplinary team, will assess students' needs, design appropriate interventions, conduct individual and group counseling sessions, and support students' long term vocational and academic interests. Must have knowledge of family dynamics, challenges of adolescence, vocational and academic options. MS degree required, VA state teaching license with endorsement preferred.

Works in group-home setting with at-risk, abused, or neglected clients. Some clients may require one-on-one supervision. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and at least one year of experience providing counseling services to children and families.

Staff needed to work with clients on the Southside of Richmond with clients who have MR or developmental disabilities. Requires college level education in human services or behavioral sciences field, and/or experience working with a relevant population.
