Hollybrook Apartments
The Hollybrook Apartments complex is a HUD Section 8 apartment community for people living with disabilities. The complex is located just south of the Villa’s main campus, at the intersection of Brook Road and Villa Park Drive. The complex consists of two developments, Hollybrook I and Hollybrook II, and each has 30 units.
The apartments were designed for people confined to wheelchairs. The complex now provides care not only to those confined to wheelchairs but also to seniors and to people with mental illness.
