Our Staff
Dr. Kenneth Macurik is Senior Director of Developmental Disabilities Services. He joined the Villa staff in June, 2011.
Ken has over 35 years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level. He was Director of Training for the Department of Behavioral Health where he coordinated training programs for 16 of Virginia’s mental health and mental retardation facilities. He was also Director of Training at Southside Virginia Training Center and the Commonwealth Institute for Child and Family Studies. As Clinical Director for New Medico, an organization specializing in the treatment of traumatic brain injury, he coordinated all aspects of clinical services related to that population. To date, he has consulted in over 15 states on various behavioral and clinical issues.
Ken earned a Master’s degree and Ph.D. degree in Applied Behavioral
Analysis from West Virginia University.
