Stephanie Flikeid, Director of Quality Assurance - Stephanie Flikeid has served as the Director of Quality Assurance since April 2005. Prior to accepting her current position, she served as the Director at the Lewis Children’s Center where she began her tenure with St. Joseph’s Villa in January 2003.
Stephanie has spent the last 15 years in the early education and non-profit fields. She has served as an accreditation specialist, trainer, and project manager on international, national, and local levels. She assisted in the development of several accreditation processes and standards that are still in practice today.
Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is currently working on her Six Sigma Certification. Additionally, she serves as a CDA Representative for the Council for Professional Recognition and is a member of the Accreditation Team for VAISEF. She also is involved with the VCA (Virginia Central Area) VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Assessing Disaster).
