It’s been full steam ahead for Flagler Housing & Homeless Services since completing the transition to rapid re-housing on July 1st. We anticipate helping 300 families at-risk for or experiencing homelessness obtain permanent housing before the end of 2013!
Flagler is committed to providing wrap-around services that help individuals and families increase their ability to maintain stable housing. On Saturday, October 19, from 12-4 p.m., Flagler will present an Employment Skills Workshop hosted and facilitated by the University of Richmond. The workshop will be followed by social activities and dinner from 4-7 p.m. Child care will be provided and transportation is available upon request. Please call 804-553-3258 to RSVP or learn more.
We’re grateful to our community supporters and partners who have contributed to Flagler’s success and the success of our families. Thanks to the University of Richmond for making this workshop possible!
