Villa to co-host training to address youth homelessness Thurs, Jun 23
St. Joseph’s Villa, Advocates for Richmond Youth, and Change the World RVA are partnering to hold an interactive, youth-led training to address youth homelessness and housing instability. Join us June 23rd, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Bon Air United Methodist Church for “Growing Together to Serve Youth Successfully” and discover what youth need from service providers to minimize the impact of homelessness.
“Part of the problem is that no one knows how many young adults in the Richmond area need help with housing,” said Kimberly Tucker, Flagler Housing & Homeless Services director in an article by the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
Direct service providers, program managers, advocates and agency directors will benefit from what will prove to be a dynamic, engaging event!
