Tanya Davis, Director of Human Resources

Tanya Davis serves as Director of Human Resources at St. Joseph’s Villa, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in leadership, business, and human resources. She has worked in the mental health nonprofit sector since 2008 and is recognized for her strategic leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and a strong commitment to employee engagement and organizational excellence.

Tanya joined St. Joseph’s Villa in 2013 as Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Director shortly afterward. In her current role, she oversees talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, leadership development, benefits, compliance, and workforce initiatives that advance the Villa’s mission and long-term sustainability.

Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University. Tanya also maintains both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials.
