Dir. Housing & Homeless Services Kimberly Tucker named Innovator of Change by Virginia Housing Coalition
The Villa’s Director of Housing & Homeless Services, Kimberly Tucker, received the 2014 Innovator of Change Award from VHC at their Annual Awards luncheon on June 19. The award recognizes excellence and individual achievement in the field of affordable housing, and honors leaders who are changing the industry in new and exciting ways.

Under Kimberly’s leadership, Flagler Housing & Homeless Services has evolved from a transitional shelter for mothers and children to a best-practice rapid re-housing model that will serve 300 families of all compositions — approximately 800 individuals — this year. Congratulations, Kimberly!
