GRTC’s Route 1 Extension Improves Access to Villa Campus

We are excited to announce that the GRTC bus line now includes two stops on our campus, making it easier than ever for individuals and families to access our services!

To celebrate this milestone, we partnered with GRTC to host a community block party at the Villa. We were honored to welcome Senator Schuyler VanValkenburg, Fairfield District Supervisor Roscoe Cooper, and over 150 of our neighbors. The new Route 1 extension, which now reaches north to Parham Road in Henrico, is expected to add an estimated 20,000 riders to the route each month.
